The student council is a 36 member body composed of representatives from each class. Members are elected by their classmates each year. The council has a President (usually a grade 11 student) and a Historian (for record keeping).

The student council was created to facilitate communication between administration, teachers, and students. The student council are also responsible for organizing major events in the school, such as Halloween celebrations and the New year party.
