社团介绍：

无须记忆大量的语言学理论和术语， 知晓多国语言， 而是凭借三种核心思维能力，联想思维，科学思维和算法思维，创造性地运用一般知识与语言直觉，通过对全然陌生的语言进行结构和模式的细微观察，分析挖掘外在形式下的规则线索，必要时还需要发挥丰富的想象力，最终经过严密的推理，构建出语法系统的冰山一角。怎么样？语言学的博大和有趣，是否让你无法想象呢？

Participants do not focus on route memorization of linguistic theories and terms or to regurgitate multiple phrases or countless languages. Instead they focus on three major concepts of thinking, associative thinking, scientific thinking and mathematic problem solving, using creativity, general language and linguistic intuition. Through carefully observing and analyzing the structure and pattern of a completely strange language, participants are asked to discover clues and rules of the external forms, making the best of their imagination potentials as needed to develop a fractional part of the grammatical system through careful analysis. How is that? Do you also think that the broadness and interestingness of linguistics are beyond your imagination?

活动计划：

1. 每年下旬参加语言学奥赛（INTENATIONAL OLYMPICS OF LINGUISTICS CHINA），并为参加者提供辅导；
2. 两周开办一次讲座或研讨会，讨论语言学相关知识。
3. 视情况开展方言宣传活动，通过讲座或海报等方式呼吁大家记录身边的方言。

社团内主要包含两个部门，分别是为语言学奥赛准备而构成的IOL部和普通开展关于语言学知识讲座的理论部。

社团内11-12月的活动主要为在十一月份开始大约每两周一次的讲座内容。除此之外，我们已经开始初步组织今年参加语奥的同学，并开始准备参赛工作。The activities of the club from November to December are mainly about biweekly lectures starting in November. In addition, we have already started organized students who are willing to participate the international linguistic competition, and begin preparing for it.

社团第二学期的活动计划为继续开展大约每两周一次的讲座或是线上组织做题会，预计将会筹划一次跨校语言学比赛，也会陆续推出关于语言学方面或IOL方面的公众号。
