飞盘社致力于在校园内推广极限飞盘运动，并为所有成员营造一个积极、包容的交流与训练平台。社团日常活动包括定期组织训练，提升成员在投掷、接盘以及战术配合等方面的基础能力。同时，我们也积极寻找校外专业教练资源，开展进阶训练，帮助成员进一步提高技术水平与比赛意识。除了训练，社团还计划参与友谊赛和校际交流，培养团队协作精神、竞技精神以及对这项运动的热爱。无论基础如何，我们都欢迎对终极飞盘充满热情、愿意积极参与的同学加入。
The Ultimate Frisbee Club is dedicated to promoting the sport of ultimate frisbee on campus and building a vibrant, inclusive community for all players. Our regular activities include organized training sessions to develop fundamental skills such as throwing, catching, and strategic play. We also actively seek opportunities to invite experienced coaches from outside the school to conduct advanced training, allowing members to further improve their techniques and game awareness. Beyond training, the club aims to participate in friendly matches and inter-school exchanges, fostering teamwork, sportsmanship, and a love for the game. We welcome members of all skill levels who are passionate about continuous learning and active participation.

社团活动计划：

终极飞盘社在2025–2026学年的主要目标是提升社员的技术水平、战术意识以及团队协作能力，并通过比赛与交流活动扩大社团在校内外的影响力。我们计划每月邀请外部专业教练在周末开展两次系统化训练，重点提升投掷、接盘、跑位与战术配合等核心技能。在周中，社团将由社长或资深队员带领进行自主训练，专注于传接盘的基本功和体能锻炼，以确保持续进步。随着队员水平的提高，我们将积极参与各类比赛与交流活动，包括岭南的SHUL赛事以及与大湾区其他国际学校的友谊赛，并视情况举办校内飞盘日或展示赛，吸引更多同学参与。社团的主要资金来源将通过联系校外机构和企业争取赞助，以支持教练费用、器材采购和比赛开支。通过这一系列的训练与活动安排，我们期望在学年结束时建立一支具有稳定战斗力和凝聚力的队伍，让终极飞盘在校园内成为一项受欢迎且具有持续发展的运动。
The Ultimate Frisbee Club’s main goal for the 2025–2026 academic year is to enhance members’ technical skills, tactical awareness, and team spirit, while expanding the club’s influence both on and off campus through competitions and exchange activities. We plan to invite professional coaches twice a month on weekends to conduct systematic training sessions focusing on key skills such as throwing, catching, cutting, and strategic plays. On weekdays, the club will organize self-led practices guided by the president or experienced members, emphasizing passing fundamentals and physical conditioning to ensure steady improvement. As members’ skills develop, we aim to actively participate in competitions and exchange events, including the SHUL tournament in Lingnan and friendly matches with other international schools in the Greater Bay Area. We also plan to organize on-campus Ultimate Frisbee Days or exhibition games to attract wider participation. The club’s main funding will come from securing sponsorships from external organizations and businesses to cover coaching fees, equipment purchases, and competition expenses. Through this series of training and activities, we aim to establish a strong, cohesive team by the end of the academic year and make Ultimate Frisbee a popular and sustainable sport within our school community.
